our experience with jay’s towing was nothing less than PHENOMINAL. we got in an accident (oopsies!) and didn’t even need to call. rob was there in LESS THAN FIVE MINUTES and was such good help. if i ever get in another accident (god forbid) i pray he is there. he giggled with us when we drove our car into the scrap yard and held a funeral, and cried with us when we had to call our parents (not really but he was awesome). if six stars was possible he’d get 7. I was in a situation of a difficult location to get an inoperative car out of that did not run, did not roll easily and had two flat tires. The driver went out of his way to recover the car, load it and deliver it without a complaint. They put in that extra effort we all want but seldom get. Use them you will not be disappointed.
