I am totally satisfied with my new windows. The entire process from the very first introduction of the company to the completion of the installation of the windows was very pleasant and not taxing at all. Each step during the process was explained and a follow-up done to assure that we were eased and Had not questions. There was no pressure placed on me to purchase anything. To be honest had no intent to purchase any windows but the presentation regarding the quality of the windows sold me.

I got Exclusive Windows and Doors to replace 14 windows brick to brick throughout my house which included a custom octagon window, several large windows and a bay window. The price was competitive, installation and finishings are great and I am very happy with the finished work. The customer service was good as well, let me know when windows arrived, scheduled a date that suited my needs and the installers were polite and even used drop sheets and cleaned up after themselves. My experience with Accurate Aluminum Works was excellent from beginning to end. I had a patio door installed and the team they sent to do the work did a great job! We chose a higher quality thermal glass which will better insulate during the winter and help to keep that area cooler in the summer. It also cuts down on outside noise dramatically. They took the time to ensure that the job site was left clean after the job was completed. I would highly recommend Accurate Aluminum Works for window installations. Great company!

My wife and I had issues with the first company we hired to do our windows, so we went on-line to find a company to do our front door.
Anthony was very helpful in selceting the door style, colour and glass options for our sidelights. There were some issues with the colour of the door when it was delivered, but Anthony was very fast to rectify the situation. The installers were very professional and effeciant.
I highly recommend Moncada if you're looking for a new door.
When budget allows I'm going to have them back to do our eavestroughs.
