When I wanted new windows for my entire house (2 bay windows and 7 others) I decided to go with Fibertec because I wanted a solution that didn't involve vinyl. I'm happy to say that the installation went well. The house has been noticeably warmer with a consistent temperature on both floors since the new windows were put in. My wife and I had issues with the first company we hired to do our windows, so we went on-line to find a company to do our front door.
Anthony was very helpful in selceting the door style, colour and glass options for our sidelights. There were some issues with the colour of the door when it was delivered, but Anthony was very fast to rectify the situation. The installers were very professional and effeciant.
I highly recommend Moncada if you're looking for a new door.
When budget allows I'm going to have them back to do our eavestroughs.

The entire process from the very first introduction of the company to the completion of the installation of the windows was very pleasant and not taxing at all. Each step during the process was explained and a follow-up done to assure that we were eased and Had not questions. There was no pressure placed on me to purchase anything. I got Exclusive Windows and Doors to replace 14 windows brick to brick throughout my house which included a custom octagon window, several large windows and a bay window. The price was competitive, installation and finishings are great and I am very happy with the finished work. The customer service was good as well, let me know when windows arrived, scheduled a date that suited my needs and the installers were polite and even used drop sheets and cleaned up after themselves.
