I was a senior female, from Canada, travelling alone when I had a flat tire and rim damage due to a pothole while visiting in Queenstown. Lin went out of his way to help me and get me on my way with only one extra day in Queenstown. Replacement parts are not quickly sourced in Queenstown and Lin found an alternative repair solution for me to avoid having to spend three extra nights in town. Regular customers, best price and speed for seasonal tire change BUT also recently went in for a leaky tire, happen to just need tightening and they repaired no charge, so kind, so quick, cannot recommend more highly.
