I have been taking my car to Handford's on Wharncliffe Rd. in London for 30 years. I telephoned Kevin recently about needing a new battery and he immediately sent two guys over to boost my car, and take it in for a new battery. The car was then returned right away. From the start to finish it only took 30 minutes. I continue to be very impressed with the service they give me.

I had a 10 am appointment to have the AC on my recently purchased Subaru Impreza checked out for only blowing warm air. The system needed to be recharged and a couple of o-rings needed to be replaced. It only took them an hour to do this and I was on my way. I was very pleased with the service

A large nail in my tire left me stranded on Currie Road. I called WILLSON Towing, on a chance. They were closest to where we sat stranded with a flat.This was a positive experience in every way. I just wanted to thank Wayne for being an honourable Mechanic. I took my Rav4 into the shop to have the rear brakes and rotors replaced due to a scraping noise from the rear wheels when braking. I received a call from Wayne telling me the brakes were fine and the noise was from rusted brake parts due to the car sitting through the Pandemic. He cleaned the rust from the back brakes at a reasonable price. He could of just went and replaced the rotors and pads and I would of never known. Thank you
