This is a fantastic clinic in all respects! The front office is very efficient and friendly. The clinic is also extremely clean and welcoming and will accommodate appointments for you during your lunch time which may be theirs. They are also very compassionate to their patients.
I had an acute disc herniation in my neck with symptoms down my arm. The Physiotherapist owner diagnosed my condition on the first visit and then recommended I ask my Dr. for an MRI.

I have been coming to this clinic since 2003. |I have come for a variety of services some of which are chiro, massage, acupuncture, osteopath, naturopath etc. All of the professionals have always been polite, courteous, knowledgeable and punctual. All in all my experience always been positive and fantastic. I| have also come to the clinic following my car accident and was taken care of in the best possible way. They helped me fill out forms. I strongly recommend this clinic to everyone.

My name is Daniel, I have been injured at my workplace more then one time. Each time I get injured I come back to Health Plus. Last time I was here and had a should injury the team there was helpful. Especially when I had so many questions about my injury. Their knowledge of the injury and use of equipment, followed by stretching techniques brought me back to 100%. I’ve yet to have a bad experience here. Both the physio staff and massage therapists are fantastic and very attentive to your needs and abilities. Since being in my accident they’ve been nothing but amazing and offer such tremendous support. Even with such things going on in the world with COVID-19, they’ve still managed to work around this pandemic while taking every precaution to ensure patient safety. Choosing Wilcox Physiotherapy was the best decision I could have made. Sonia diagnosed my cervical radiculopathy after my primary care physician thought all my shoulder pain was due to my torn shoulder tendon. After returning to my doctor with her findings, x-rays have confirmed a narrowing in my C6/C7, I'm in my way for an MRI and nerve pain blockers finally have my pain at a manageable level. Sonia was kind, patient and professional at all times. I highly recommend Wilcox Physiotherapy.

This is a great clinic. Reception always greets you with a smile and kind words. Professional, educated and kind staff. The manager Bob has shown my family kindness that is beyond explaining in this brief review. My insurance does not cover the 20%. However, they cover that 20%. No other clinic does this that I know of. My husband has just injured his back and is now receiving treatment here. I would highly recommend TLC. Wonder people kind people work here.
