I placed an online order and of course ordered the incorrect size of primer. When the owner came to the door with the 1 L can and said you didn’t want this one did you? I felt deflated as I thought he was going to make me purchase that one, he simply said ‘no problem I’ll fix it right now,’ he went inside and came out with the proper one. He charged me the difference and I was on my way. I can tell you I have product sitting in my warehouse that I am not able to return to other big box stores.

This little hardware store has the most helpful, kind, thoughtful, smart people then any store we have ever shopped. They have fixed the tiniest little thing to having the oldest part you need. We are glad that they are in our town.

These guys were Phenomenal...they came to our house on Wednesday last week to install our new garage door by taking down the old shelf above the garage (which took most of the day) and putting in our new garage door along with the aluminum capping, the lock in front of the door, the weather stripping etc. By watching everything all come together and the end result was just amazing. SIX stars, if I could. My 2007 Lexus RX350 had a gas line leak. After much searching, we discovered that the required part was not available in North America and would have to be imported from Japan. It would take at least 4 to 6 weeks to arrive. I did not know that a Lexus was such a rare car. The manager and his mechanic actually made a part that was better than the original. EXCELLENT work. Thanks guys. Will I have my car repaired there again? ABSOLUTELY.
