Such a great experience. I came in today with a mess (multiple layers and lots of texturing from previous salons) and was fortunate to get an appointment for a haircut and highlight with Him and staff. I felt at ease with his recommendations and appreciated his professionalism in assessing what had previously been done. I have been going here to get my nails done weekly since it opened. Tina and Ivy (the owners) and their staff are truly fantastic! The salon is clean and I always get a fantastic manicure. They take appointments as well as walk-ins. I will never, ever go anyplace else. This nail salon is truly a standout amongst all of the other horrible and dirty places in Richmond Hill. If you come here once, I GUARANTEE that you will never go anyplace else

I often just show up and they usually take walk-ins, so I see someone different each time, and they always do a great shellac. Good colour selection, especially of OPI, and my manis always last well, without nail damage which Ive had from other places where they over-file. Also very friendly and nice ladies, all of them. Have been going for years.

Both my husband and I chose Rustan Hair Salon as our go-to place because of its courteous and knowledgeable hairstylist. Nadja not only did a beautiful haircut for my husband, but also created an extra-ordinary hairdo for me on a special day. She listened carefully to my wishes, made a few suggestions for my hair type, and I was extremely happy with the result. I have just had a haircut at this amazing place:very small and a bit old fashioned but with a couple of real professional people,they are real Pros and besides the fact that I've got exactly what I wanted ,I had a nice conversation,very friendly and warm atmosphere.Usually I am a bit shy because I feel bad about the poor state of my hair:very fine and rare, not very becoming specially if you are a woman but they made me feel confident and relaxed.Thank you.
