Ralph saved my life in which my car unexpectedly had problems that came out of the blue. Since I am hard of hearing I could not hear over the phone that he texted me through Facebook to walk me through the car problems in which we discovered that it needed to go into the mechanic shop which I took it in. Idk what the other review is talking about but this shop doesn’t deserve a 1 star on yelp. They have the most knowledgeable front desk guy I’ve ever encountered. They they are a fast (often same day as drop off) efficient (don’t charge you for stuff you don’t need when they easily could) and communicative shop.
