Dr chow is a good doctor with everyrhing going on with me she guides me in the correct direction calls me personally and does her job very well.

Been going to dr. Chow for sometime and am extremely disappointed in her staff. Her receptionist Irena is complete miserable. I have never been greeted upon entering her office, she makes you feel uncomfortable or if you’re bothering her. For every appointment I have been to, her staff is so unfriendly and it shows. Her receptionist never smiles, says hello or even shows any interest in you as a patient. If you’re looking to dealing with dr. Chows miserable staff this is the place to go !

Takes on way too many patients, so everyone has to wait a rediculous amount of time for anything to be done. Quantity of patients is all she cares about, not the quality of care they receive.
