Not many people have the space to set up their own art studio in the house, apartment or condo these days, so what do you do if you want to paint something other than your shed? Drop by Paintlounge. They provide all the easels and paints (and help if you need it); you bring the creativity.

“I hadn’t painted for a while when my aunt suggest we all make art for my niece’s nursery,” says Kayla Brown on her initial involvement with the business. “I really got into it. I realized how much I missed painting.” After the day of fun, she heard Paintlounge was expanding and applied for a job. Fast forward a year to 2014 and she now manages the Toronto West location. “It’s great to have a job you like.”
