I lived in this guys apartment building for 1 year. I found him arrogant and skeezy. The building was a smoky, loud slum. A month before my lease ended he gave me just 30 days notice to vacate (on New Years Eve) to kick me out to let Ukranians move in. A week later mother was diagnosed with advanced breast cancer and I had told him. He didn't care. The entire time I lived there he didn't fix a dryer that was broken, the building was full of chain smokers and large families in 1 bedroom units.
